GTA 6: everything that's official, 128 days out
November 19, 2026. It's the only date that matters, and it's locked in: Grand Theft Auto VI lands that day on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. After two delays, Rockstar isn't moving again.
Two editions. Standard gives you the whole game: the story, the entire state of Leonida, and online access. Ultimate adds cosmetics and in-game bonuses — nothing that changes the story or locks off part of the map. If you're torn: you miss no piece of the game by going Standard.
Preload is confirmed. You'll be able to download ahead of launch night and be in at midnight. Clear the space — this is one of the biggest console downloads ever.
Boxes still exist, but there's no disc inside: just a download code. More on that in our piece about the death of physical games.
And PC? Still nothing. No date, no announcement. Like GTA V before it, you'll be waiting — probably a long while.
