August 7: the next date to circle
Nothing much happens before August 7. That day, Take-Two — Rockstar's parent company — reports quarterly earnings, and it's the first financial update covering the GTA 6 pre-order window.
Why it matters even if you don't care about the stock market: it's the one occasion where the company is legally required to talk numbers. No teasing, no marketing spin — data.
What we might learn: pre-order volume, the digital-versus-physical split, and above all the tone. If Take-Two calmly reaffirms November 19 in front of investors, that's the most reliable signal you'll get that there is no third delay coming.
And if a third trailer is going to drop, a window around that date would make sense: you rarely announce good product news far from good financial news.
See you on August 7.
